Kelly Hoppen’s bold, modern aesthetic is not only seen in high-end hotels, restaurants and offices around the world, but she has also graced the homes of many celebrities. In 2009, Kelly Hoppen was awarded the MBE by Queen Elizabeth II for her service to interior design. YOO8’s Kempinski-branded residences were designed by YOO’s Kelly Hoppen. The residence’s two design concepts, Urban and Spring, reflect Kelly Hoppen’s 41 years of experience in industrial design around the world.

8 Conlay YOOB branded residences serviced by Kempinski Hotels is the crown jewel of our development. The interior design concept of YOOB, which consists of two spiral-shaped residential towers, was developed by YOO Studio, while the interior services were provided by Kempinski Hospitality Group. The building has a total of 57 floors and houses 498 residential units; one of the features of most of the units is the unobstructed view of KLCC, making it the most popular residence in Kuala Lumpur.
